Hey humans—I’m Kyle Menig … and this is my power arms crossed stance.
I’m your no-nonsense (but slightly sarcastic) leadership consultant, offsite specialist, and all-around believer that better humans make better leaders. For over 25 years, I’ve been helping leaders and teams get Relationally Smart™—because leadership isn’t just about strategy, spreadsheets, or slick org charts. It’s about being intentional with people to get the results we need.
What gets me stoked? Helping leaders connect what they do with who they are. That alignment—that spark—is what drives clarity, confidence, and real impact. I get amped when someone moves from stuck to success.
What drives me nuts? Watching people drift—stuck on autopilot, disconnected from purpose and potential. And it sucks to drift, am I right? Leadership is already hard, but you don’t have to do it alone.
